Portal Pop-Up Setting Guide

You need to allow Pop-ups from Childrens.com for the Portal to function correctly.  Complete the following steps:

• If you have the Pop-Up Blocker turned off, no action is required. To determine if it is turned off:
  • Click on Tools at the top of your Internet browser page.
  • Click on Pop-up Blocker
  • The Pop-up Blocker Settings menu item will be gray if you have Pop-up Blocker turned off.

• If you have the Pop-up Blocker turned on, you will need to allow Pop-ups from Children’s.com by completing the below steps:
  • Click on Tools at the top of your Internet browser page.
  • Click on Pop-up Blocker, then click on Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  • In the Address of website to allow field, type in *.childrens.com, then click Add.

• • Click Close.
  • Close out of your browser.
  • Log back in.
